And yet, in every case when this occurs at LPSG, there's always someone who pops up on the thread to assert that it's 100% genuine.

I'll say this once and leave it at that. Whether you all believe me or not, it's totally up to you. I'm not trying to convince ANYONE of anything on here. People claimed the world was flat at one time. Granted, a lot of pics are obvious fakes. If you all want to be close-minded about it actually being a real pic and I have to be labeled a nut job for it, fine. I'm done with it, nor will I comment on it any further. Now you all can go back to telling me how wrong and f***ed up I am for contradicting the "experts". How dare I....
