Your 6.5"x5" is a solid high average. It should be "okay" for most people! In the LPSG penis volume chart you would be in the green "good-to-go" zone.

At 6"x4.5" I am in the low end of the yellow "caution" zone. Be happy with what you have... you could have less!

As far as making yours reach the 7" mark... try jelqing.
