Not meaning to cause offense to anyone... but recently came back here after a six month absence and this thread in particular doesn't seem to live up to it's name any more and indeed have much relevance any more.

Seems to get filled with pictures of "hot models" (i.e. someone that's had a camera held in front of them just the once and no-one else has a clue who they are) that certain profilific posters would like to fuck - but without any relevance to the title of the topic. I looked and looked in some of these many threads for "celebrity endowment" and couldn't find it anywhere.

I could get half the picutures being posted out of a teenage girls magazine, from a daily feed on Facebook, or a fashion mag. Don't want to see them here unless I'm getting at least some dirt on the goods.

Time for some thread creators to respect the title of this forum and get it back on topic? It was a fun place to come once, but with so many of the posts verging on trolling, and having to spend a stupid amount of time spent sifting through irrelevant threads to find anything relevant, it's seems to have really gone to the dogs.

I fully agree. Most of these pics that people are posting of so-called models are taken from other sites that focus on male beauty. Nothing wrong there. But why do we have to put them here? This forum is supposed to be about celebrity endowment. Most of these "finds" have been around for years. Nothing new at all. It's stupid to copy pictures from other sites and act as if you are doing us all a favor by putting them here. What's the point? There are countless other websites for this type of thing. Let's stay on topic!

I have started a few threads in my time but I don't troll the internet borrowing endless sets of photos from other people and then post them here for no reason at all, wasting my time and yours.

The point is Jason that just because there wasn't a mammoth amount of threads, it was easy to navigate the good stuff. Now it's almost impossible without trawling through endless "filler" threads, which for want of a better expression are spam. If you and others (and this wasn't particularly directed at you) are going to post models fine, but please make sure there's an endowment to talk about. A model with his shirt on I can get from Vogue.

I don't want to hurt anyones feeling either. BUT, I agree with the OP it is getting crazy now. If now and then there is a model that is really special and they are actually far and few between,thats one thing but to do nothing but that isn't really what this section is about. Maybe they should make a section for it or change the name of the section. Thats all I am saying.

But, I also don't think people have to make a thread for every person they can think of, or quite so many in such a short amount of time.

Still, we're all free to do as we wish, so I don't really care.

why not just start a section devoted to hot guy pics ...separate from celebrity thread. Hell just break that up into divisions as well... IE: skinny boyz...beefy boyz...furry...Older...

Two completely different people made the same observation - I think you're looking for misplaced conspiracy theories - trying to find a hidden "link" because of use a word is just semantics.

But that kinda proves the point. I missed the original thread (and would have posted in that one) but as it was hidden on about page 23 with acres of "hey look at this hot model," "isn't he cute'" "this is nothing to do with a celebrity endowment but he looks great in a sweater," posted ahead of it.

There are already countless websites online that cater to this sort of "hot guy" thing. Most Beautiful Man; World of Men; Famous Males; Cisoto Fotos; even Dudetube. So why do we need it here? My problem is that most of these new threads are just repeats of those found elsewhere. What's the point of adding them here, especially when they are irrelevant to the theme of the forum. If Jason wants to start his own blog, I would be his first subscriber. But I think this type of "I'm free to post anything I want" mentality is totally at odds with the entire concept of a forum. If I posted pix of Pope Benedict golfing, I am sure I would get a hundred complaints. But that is just about as relevant as most of these sexy model threads in terms of the purpose of this forum.
