I have to agree with DETERMINED, remember that "obscenity" lies in the eyes of the beholder. What I think is great-looking, or fine: could be horribly obscene in the eyes of someone else, say a parent.

Personally I think the shorts are fine, they show "just enough" to me. But with kids? It's always a gamble. My advice, if you have to question whether what you are wearing is appropriate enough for a certain situation, pick something else.

It looks fine. Don't worry about it. I think you are more concerned than any one else. Kids that aren't ready for it won't notice, and those that are, need the example of differences in mens' bulges just as there are obvious differences in womens' breasts.

If someone did call you out act super shocked and re-arrange....to show it off more. I think you would get more stares than verbal responses.
