I would like to tell, how the question came up: A friend of my recently graduated as a lawyer in my university. He went to the USF, for a postgrad semester, and now lives in San Francisco in an appartment with 2 other students. Three girls lived next door to him, all of them ''undies''. (Aksed him what this means, im still waiting for his reply) and he had sex with one of them, just because his accent, and being a foreigner, ( and as my GF commented about his outlook: not a nice looking man)

So, your friend, living in what is one of the most hedonistic cities in America, had a single sexual encounter, and from that he concluded that all American women are promiscuous? I don't see a great future for him in the law. BTW, is he equally a slut?

I'm interested to know what country/cultural background you and your friend hail from, to put your subjective perceptions in perspective. Also, I hope it is no great surprise to you to learn that 'ugly' people have sex too. Where do you think all the ugly people come from? ;-)

I think it goes beyond nationality. There are different types of people and different places. I had a friend fall in love with a Brit at school. He had a lovely accent, but in every other sense he was a glib boor. He would get laid a lot, but wasn't relationship material. I think a British woman would see through him in a second, but he was more successful here because he was "exotic." Similarly, a good friend of mine was pretty but hardly frat boy/centerfold gorgeous. She didn't have a lot of dates at our Midwestern college, but was very popular when she moved to NYC. There, there were hundreds of guys from Middle Eastern, African, Central and South American cultures who highly desired an auburn-haired, fair complexioned woman and she was all of a sudden quite popular. In my own case, in gay certain gay clubs, I've gotten more attention since I've gotten older with salt & pepper hair. I guess some guys really go for that, so now I'm popular. I guess every dog has his day and there's always a place where someone fits in.

OP: "undie" means an undergraduate. No college degree yet, barely legal, probably naive and easy to impress. These females are a very small percentage of the females in an entire nation, and their morals are going to vary a lot depending on what part of the USA he was in.

the traveling factor is not a good indicator.
for example i know a female (blonde hair blue eyes) not especially pretty, average i say. here in the US she does ok...she is female afterall.
she went to asia and they were like tall! blonde! blue! she had offers to work in these lounges and guys hit on her 24/7.

same with me i am talled, lightish hair, blue eyes. in NY i am whatever. i went to india for work and i guess i was "something different" and got alot of attention.

had the same observation in college. went to a stuffy private school (on scholarship) alot of rich sheltered kids from super wealthy areas/families. had a few white female friends disclose they were into an african american basketball player at the school out of curiosity/never tried one

so i am not sure how much tail one gets while traveling is indicative of how much the women put out for the locals

FWIW, in my experience it's been a lot easier to meet women after conversations that started on craigslist -- living in a major US metro area, compared to similarly sized places in Canada.

I don't mean to suggest that this is a somehow an affirmative answer to your unfortunately worded question. In fact I'm still friends with a number of them. These were genuine conversations and encounters, done with due diligence. But I would say that based on these limited data, there seems to be more willingness on the part of US women to engage in these sexually oriented conversations.

I have traveled abroad with some American women and have encountered this stereotype. Especially in India. I think it has to do with the media and porn culture that is exported to other countries, especially more conservative ones. When they see white American porn they get the impression they are all sex craved who will fuck you at the drop of a hat.
