It's a fantasy. Not an especially weird or kinky one either. People have them, of varied natures. It is what it is. Some fantasies are best staying inside your head, others just require an informed and willing partner. This sounds more like the latter. Also, not all women squirt or gush as in that kind of orgasm. Unless you're talking about full on piss, which is another matter entirely. And for that, it would likely take a much more open minded woman to participate in that.
