Is Xtube down for anybody else?

I've tried reaching it on both Chrome and Firefox to no avail.

Was stuck for a second, but then popped up, with a new look. Maybe it was down for maintenance?

Weird, Firefox still won't load it and Chrome is spitting out the "Oops! This link appears to be broken" error. And I hope whatever the new look is it's better than the resource-hogging one it's had the past few months.

EDIT: This is so weird, but I turned off PeerGuardian and when I went to xTube it suddenly worked again.
