I have been taking some dietary supplements to increase my sperm load for a while, but so far I don’t see a lot of results. I did experiment with a cup to get measurements at the end of the day, and while likely not that exact, I did not see any real increase, aside from ones on days after a break from jerking off. Still, this didn’t really result in any big performance in front of my partner, even when holding off for 5 days straight. Especially when they, with no support of the sort do give bigger loads than me. I am growing tired of all this….
What am I missing?

"good food" is a pretty vague term, heh. I mean I get it, and I dislike the idea of being stuck to just eating one type of food over and over again, but I would appreciate going a bit deeper into that

You are correct. What I mean with good food is, no processed food, like don’t eat at restaurants, don’t eat things that are made from a box, or made at a store. Avoid pastas and breads.
Eat real fruits and vegetables(preferably none sprayed and none GMO) but that is getting harder to find. The chemicals used in farming gets into the fruits and vegetables and is actually not good for us.
Avoid all soy products.

Eat healthy fats, butter, raw coconut oils, animal fats.
Get meat and eggs from local farmers, (preferably grass fed animals), use the tallow and fats from them to cook with. Also eat the organs if you can stomach them.
with foods that are clean you are not stuck to one type. There are tons of great things
A person can’t do all that 100% all the time but this is something I try to do mostly.
I also don’t use any unnatural things on my body or for cleaning products.
Hopefully this makes sense.

So far, no matter which supplements I used, there was no major difference in the volume of cum. I did notice differences in the firmness of my erections, and some other factors, but I always ended firing off loads around 3 ml in volume, which isn't much different from my shots originally. I had used 3 supplements before, with the 2 that I have remaining being very similar to one of the 3 that I used, so I'm not that optimistic about them.

Earlier I did try some individual supplements for specific things like L-Argine, Pygeum, Lecithin, Zinc, Maca... And I feel like they did contribute more than the supplements, but it was the same thing with them helping with everything except for the cum volume.

I'll get Shilajit later this week, perhaps I'll start sometime and see what comes of it.

As for adjusting my diet and stuff, I worry that I am so extremely busy right now that I simply cannot offer any time for that. I'll keep it in the back of my head for later....

It sounds like you are on a good path. You are listening to your body and how it’s responding to different supplements and changes you are making. Keep up the good work! I’m curious now how much I shoot. I have never measured it. I will have to check it out sometime.
Life gets very busy but if you have a routine and do small changes it will be beneficial.
