So..this happens EVERYTIME...and it burns like crazy....

When I have sex or mastrubate and have been playing/foreplaying for a while and enuf pre-cum ejaculates and THEN i ejaculate..it burns like crazy for a while. Doesn't happen when I ejaculate quickly...only happens when there is a lot of pre-cum involved before ejaculating.

Something worth talking to the Doctor about? Does it happen to anyone else.

I dont let any piss out...but it starts burning only after I piss...

I would get it checked out. I'm no doctor but if you have a urine infection or prostatitis it cab become unbelievably painful. Best to get it sorted early rather than have it turn into something nasty.

Does it also burn when you piss? In other words, after you ejaculate?
It's probably nothing, but it would be prudent to have it checked out.

Well..i am quite sure its not an infection because it has been like this for as long as I can remember--10+ years. Its affecting me now because the girl I am with right now loves long foreplay..and its affecting our sex life.

Yeah, dude, I'd ask a doctor about it. If it's been going on for a long time and it hasn't turned anything green (okay, that's me being glib) it's probably not a big hairy deal. But, like Moxie said, any burning is good enough reason to get a medical consultation.

I get this randomly. Not so much a burn, but a slight discomfort at the tip of the penis-opening when I start to urinate after ejaculating.

I usually google it on the day it happend then forget about - I think this is a common problem as there are tons of threads made by pple who have this same problem. I don't think its serious but a trip to the doctor will put ur mind at rest.
