I have been a shaver of my stuff for a long time. Generally, the itching isn't too bad. But I have one spot (where the bottom of my penis connects to the bag, on the left side) where I get a lot of itching. I have extra skin there, so I think that contributes to the itching. Anybody have any ideas how to minimize the itching? It's embarrassing in public settings.

Are you sure it's the shaving that's causing the itching? I ask because I have an itchy spot in exactly the same place, but it's because it's a small patch of psoriasis that comes and goes. Actually, it my case keeping it shaved helps to minimize the itching. When it gets itchy, I know it's time to shave.

No, its' not psoriasis. It's an area where lots of things come together--greater chance for chafing, I suppose. My scrotum is kind of fleshy there.
