I keep my porn on a separate hard drive from my operating system. Well, some time ago the drive became partially corrupted. Among other things, I lost of my black and white pics, all my vintage pics, all my straight pics and movies (including DP, creampie, & gangbang vids) and more. Most of it I could have lived without, but there were many, many really great pics and movies that I was disappointed to have.

So I found a program that could find and restore most of the lost files, but you had to pay by the megabyte, and I had lost so many gigs of data that it would have cost a couple hundred dollars to restore everything, which I didn't think was justifiable. But I left the hard drive in my computer and stopped using it, just in case someday I might try to restore the files.

Eventually I found a couple of affordable programs with which I was able to restore many of the jpegs, but not the movie files, and neither the file names nor the file structure could be restored.

So just the other day I accidentally opened the damaged drive with ACDSee, and there they were, all (or almost all) of my lost files, file names and structure intact. I don't know how or why it happened, but I'm very glad that it did. Now I'm having great fun looking through all this stuff I haven't seen in ages, much of which I forgot I had ever had.

I just had to share my good news.

Hope you're copying it to a new disk asap as it probably won't last. I store all of my vids, etc. on a NAS with a 3TB disk array... I'd likely cry like a baby if I lost them! lol

Nah, you're not alone.

10TB?!? That's outrageous! And to think the standard hard disk size on a PC (assuming it was actually equipped with one) was 10MB (full-height, IBM PC/XT) when I began my career.
