Are you all on fucking LSD?
I didn't make any "complaints" Bullshit ones or otherwise. Merely posted some personal reflections on a few points of discussion here. Also I don't have such a link to post over outcries over monuments on account of I didn't state a word about anyone out crying over monuments being removed. I only said that "I" wasn't in support of it. But that "I" was good with the removal of the Confederate Flag from government buildings because it was offensive to many. I'm just having a conversation. Well attempting to anyway. Or do I need to post a link explaining what a fucking conversation is and how it works?
White people are allowed to be proud of who they are and no one wants any different, let me explain. A lot of White Americans know their heritage, like Irish, Scottish, German and so on a so forth; there are holidays that we celebrate that parallel holidays over in Europe and no one wants you to throw that away. Black Americans do not have that, when we were brought over our culture was destroyed, we don't have any ties to any one group of people like most White Americans, all we have that ties us together is our race our skin color. Be proud of your heritage, no one wishes for any less

It's not just connection to culture, it's connection to the land as well. Being forcibly removed from it to an alien landscape, or having it forcibly removed and having no way of returning to it. It was also those who were left behind, the disunity and family heartbreak and cultural breakdowns it wreaked there as well.

Volunteering, to leave on a ship to travel to a foreign destination for reasons of adventure and exploration is not the same as being captured, chained removed from your home and families and packed onto ships.
