    Not to morning wood , or when your hard its not nearly the size it should be? I been doing alot of cardio lately and noticed i cant get a full erection always semi or not at all.

    Should i be worried of is it just my body getting use the the work outs?

    If you overtrain, your body may be more tired than usual, and this would explain weaker erections

    hey, you are probably over stressing. just lay off the cardio a little and you will notice a nice hard on.
