Not to morning wood , or when your hard its not nearly the size it should be? I been doing alot of cardio lately and noticed i cant get a full erection always semi or not at all.

Should i be worried of is it just my body getting use the the work outs?

If you overtrain, your body may be more tired than usual, and this would explain weaker erections
