Why is this even worth a thread? The world is full of people who form opinions on things they know fuck all about, America is no different.

You've got uneducated people voting on both sides, people who'll vote based solely on color on both sides, people who'll vote solely based on sexuality issues on both sides, people who'll vote solely based gender issues on both sides and I'm guessing more than a few who'll turn up stoned out of their tiny little minds to the point of not knowing who they bloody well voted for.

I dislike things like this, since both sides have the same opinion on pretty much all of these topics. It is dishonest to attempt to show that people are uneducated on certain topics that may not be a high priority for them.

I can only assume you mean to tell me that as I happen to have an administrator badge under my name, I am not allowed to voice my opinion as a member? You want me to go find all similar threads and copy/paste my opinion just so that I can be seen to be fair and unbiased as an administrator?

Here are a few tips for you:

1. I'm a member first, admin second.
2. I am free to post my opinions as a member as and when I please, where I please.
3. I voiced my opinion here because it was the in the new threads list when I logged on.
4. It is my opinion as a member.

I'm going to leave it there with my opinions, because I refuse to be the first member of the moderating team to have themselves removed from the politics forum... I may however now be the first person to have ever posted in the politics forum who can actually follow the rules, go me!

Hopefully you'll post the same in AM threads?
If you bothered to familiarize yourself with this site before rushing in to spew your propaganda you'd know that she is very fair person. She has called out both sides when the situation called for it.

IMO you created this thread for one reason, to disrupt this forum. Perhaps you are hoping that the other side will take the bait and spend precious time searching for and then posting links of GOP/TP supporters spewing forth the same type of gibberish. Or perhaps you want to push your opponents over the edge so that we'll do something to be banned. Whatever the reason it's not gonna work.

If this thread is created to disrupt the forum, then about 98% of the threads in the politics forum follow the same pattern.

Imagine how he feels with all of the "OMG ROMNEY DID X Y AND Z" threads.
Exposing he truth is not propaganda. If you want threads about Romney's lies and hypocrisy to go away from the web, write Romney and ask him to stop lying and flip-flopping so damned much.

Having said that, Obama's hands are clean. He's not a liar nor a flip-flopper. You can find some contrary quotes or policies over Obama's career, and probably one clear flip, but as Durkheim said, deviance is relative and will even be found in a society of saints. What angers many Americans is the extremes to which Romney flip-flops and lies, how often he does it, and how easily he does it.

Since Obama's hands are so clean, Republicans must create myths about him. These Jeep ads are a good example. Despite the big auto makers (the experts in this situation) saying that Romney is a liar, his ads claiming that Obama sold Chrysler is not only dishonest, but impossible (Obama coudn't sell Chrysler even if he wanted to).

It's not about truth, it's about what sounds good to the unenlightened voters and how it's presented. Romney is a very good presenter of both truths and lies. In the first Presidential debate, he dictated truths and lies with the same aggressive force and confidence. Unfortunately for Romney, who seems to be a luddite, intelligent Internet users are well aware of his 180-degree flip flops and lies.

As I've said, stupid knows no party lines. These are the people that should not be allowed to vote.

Jiminy Christmas fuzzy, you seem to be painting an argument that all of the anti-Romney posts here are valid...please tell me I'm reading your argument incorrectly.
