... and I must say, Writer's Block is a horribly vicious cycle. Trying to work around it leads to a headache, which then makes the Block worse. The worse the Block, the worse the headache.

You could go the route of Sly Stallone- when he 1st started out writing, he used spray paint to blacken his apt windows, disconnected his phone and associated with friends who he could bounce ideas off of. The headache, well, that's easily solved with an analgesic.
