I’m surprised to hear you have been placed on some kind of probation. A lot of the photos or content that have gone were taken from Instagram or Tik Tok, not exactly copyrighted material

Probation here. But I posted something, I can’t even remember what, on a naked TikTok thread and lost my gold status and am permanently banned from posting in that group. Lol. The fuck is up with this place? I’m never posting anything else to this website. I’ll just lurk the fuck out of it from now on.

Rules are rules. I've broken them and got the same thing. I understand though I broke the rules. Now if it's post from way prior that at the time wouldn't violate the rules then that's a different story.
The lack of understanding of how copyright works on this site never ceases to amaze me. EVERY image, no matter the source, is covered by copyright not just privately posted nudes. The rights are owned by the photographer as their creative work. If a photographer with money to burn ever decided to sue someone here for copyright violation the result would be a lot worse than a temp ban from the site.
I doubt anything posted here now would last very long. And considering it appears Jack is trying to erase his OF career there probably won't be anything new to post here either sadly.

Everything in Messages on his free OF he sent before deleting everything on the feed. He likely has not gotten around to deleting previously sent messages.

Well the entire site is hosting questionable content to begin with. If anything whoever owns it is liable for everything including the hosting server. A matter of time before it gets investigated by feds.
The feds are not likely to mobilize to deal with copyright violations. Especially for a site not based in the US. The bigger concern is an angry photographer with money to burn. Just look at how Corbin Fisher handled their vids being posted on tube sites.
