I mean Jack Quaid did a Scream 6 cameo while dead. So did Jaime Kennedy in Scream 3. And Skeet Ulrich in Scream 5 & 6. It happens a lot surprisingly.

You also shouldn’t expect anyone to speak out on anything famous or not. Do what you believe is right and don’t expect others to do it as a way for you to approve or disapprove the current situation which is unbelievable sad.
There is an argument to be made that very famous people with a lot of influence and wide reach might have a responsibility to speak up about important issues, because they might be able to make a difference. But certainly it's ridiculous to expect every single minor actor or celeb to issue statements about everything going on at the world at any given time. Some people are more informed and choose to speak, others do not.
