Apparently you need an app called yapp. Then it links you to an eventbrite page that doesn’t have info but will let you sign up. I just can’t commit to trying until I find out what it’s like
So they are moving venues and are redoing the website. Yapp is where the announcements are made each week and you can sign up for a session. The group is a “members only club” to meet DC law about nudity etc they have a process to go through but it’s no big deal. Once you sign up you are a provisional member and once you attend a “meeting” you are a member.
Inside it’s rather simple. The room is darkened with a bunch of chairs and a low platform/table. There is gay porn on the TVs focused on masturbation and cumshots. There is a curtain partitioning the room into a smaller section. There are a bunch of naked guys in the room stroking themselves and sometimes stroking each other. In the main area the rules are primarily hands only. Behind the curtain almost anything goes - oral, anal, fucking, etc. about 30-45 minutes before the end of the session relaxed rules apply to the whole room and anything previously only allowed behind the curtain is fair game in the whole room. If you lay on the table alone you are inviting everyone to cum on you (I’ve only seen that once.)
The men are gay, bi, and straight. If you don’t want to be touched you can get a wristband. Otherwise everyone is respectful of each other and no means no.

I’ll actually be staying in Bethesda this time but going to DC regularly...interested?
It's basically an app for organizing conferences, events, and meetings. It's free in the Apple Store, so I assume it's the same for other smartphones.
Btw, the way that @funnkinky described the CBC meetings is exactly the same as I'd describe them. I've been multiple times, and I've never had a bad experience. At worst, one of their events might be sorta slow bc few guys attend. But even then, if just being in a room with other people jerking gets you off, then you'll have a good time.
My personal favorite events to attend are their 'nooners.' The crowd's very diverse and you can tell a few guys are there on their lunch breaks, so people just come and go (pun not intended). However, from what I've heard, the most popular time is Sunday afternoon (room at full capacity).
One thing I might add is that, in the first room you enter, there are little cubbies for you to leave your clothes and shoes (as well as some hangers if you're bringing a jacket or something you don't want wrinkled). There's a recommended $10 'donation' for every event you attend (which helps fund the space and the supplies they offer), but no one's turned away for not having $$ -- and some people offer to help with cleanup and stuff in lieu of the donation.
The CBC meetings? Yeah, they're returning this week (Thu/Fri) in the new venue, which is about a block away from the old venue (i.e., still the Eastern Market area).
Apparently, Thursday at 7, Sunday at 5.
I haven't been yet; my schedule is fucked.
