For the last month or so I have been jacking off and cumming anything from 4 to 9 times every day - maybe 6 or 7 on an average day (seriously, not bragging, just how it is!) after years of trying to limit my activity for religious reasons. I also hadn't had sex with anyone for years. I would go to the gym or swim maybe once or twice a week, but never seemed to lose any of the extra weight I've put on in recent years.
However, since my increase in sexual activity I have lost 4.3kg (nearly 10lbs). I have even felt changes in my metabolism - I have more energy, get less tired and just feel really great!
Now it could be I'm snacking less and jacking more (hmmm, "Jack not Snack" would make a great weight-loss slogan... anyway...). But maybe the energy I'm burning with all my activity and getting my heart rate up during the jacking exercise is making a difference.
