Yeah to me he was cool and suited the roles he played perfectly.
However NZ picking up on all things British in the earlier days, a diet of wonderful series, like
Edward Woodward as Callan, and 'The Singing Detective' forget the guys name, were favourites of mine, incl such as 'The Avengers'
For a confused teen boy Emma Peel almost turned me Str..? hha
