There isn't any. In the 1 minute long video (they only one) the call cuts off after seeing nothing we haven't seen in photoshoots and his Big Brother stint. The video is easily findable by searching 'James Hill Skype' on google, it's the first result.

There isn't a longer version of this video released from as far as I can tell. Maybe a different video from a different call may leak in the future but for now we only have a short shot of his bulge in a pair of briefs and his goofy smile as he's seeing whatever it is the woman is doing
