Found the book in Taschen in London. Apologies for all the light reflecting on the images, was hard to take the photo without being too obvious, and also it's ridiculous well lit there, and the paper is glossy.

It's an amazing book though. If I had £500 to spend on something like this, I totally would.

a friend from Miami might be able to go today and take a better photo of the frontal photo if not if I am able to buy the book I will make a HD scan of the photo, has to be this month as the price will increase from $700 to $850 in January... If not well hopefully someone else will.
