Maybe it's just the directors or the movies not asking for frontal nudity. He might do it if one day a movie or series finally requires it. Fifty Shades was too mainstream for this.

Yes, there were lots of reports that they wanted Dornan to go full frontal in the 50 shades franchise but he refused to give them full nudity.
