If that looks a bit boring then I say BORE ME! BORE ME! BORE MY BRAINS OUT!!!!He's really handsome but looks a bit boring (hopefully he's not)
i thought he was supposed to do a full frontal?Shame that his Hollywood agent got the no full frontal nudity clause for the 50 Shades series in order for him to break into mainstream leading roles, and yet...nothing. I think he's better of going the Ewan McGregor route by showing his dick on screen. It didn't harm Ewan's career as a respectable actor.
Just amazing
Aftre reading the original book, it's evident that there should have been more male nudity, and that was their original intention (when the name of Charlie Hunnam was mentioned, he allegedly said that he wouldn't mind going full frontal). But then they "chickened out" , and finally most nudity fell on Dakota Fanning. As always, women are supposed to show everything yes or yes, whereas men are supposed not to show anything, even if they don't mind (that's not the case of Jamie Dornan, by the way; he openly refused to go full frontal). Or, if they finally agree to include frontal male nudity, then, either a) they use body doubles b) they use cgi (Chris Hemsworth in Thor, even though they keep on denying it for a thousand million years) or c) they do it with prosthetics (Theo James). But they never show so much consideration when talking about women getting naked.i thought he was supposed to do a full frontal?
Only in Hollywood is male nudity taboo, in foreign cinema, mainly British and French independent films, as well as Argentine films, there is no problem with nudity, actors are more open with the idea of doing nude scenes.Sure sure, always excuses. He was a jerk and a nobody as an actor when he did the first one and refused to do a full frontal.
There are plenty of male and female actors that have kids and are married and they still get naked! Just part of the job as an actor, especially if you take a movie adaption of a freaking erotic novel.

For an industry that prides itself on being revolutionary, Hollywood is pretty puritanical about male nudity.
this is coming from someone who had done a frontal model shoot in the past. i thought charlie chickened out, and that's why he decided against playing this role. when they got jamie, we all thought full nudity was gonna happen, at least that's what they were saying at the time. well i am just hoping an A list male actor would go fully nude in the near future. i am getting tired of seeing naked women in movies. this doesn't make sense. He was doing an erotic movie. Was he expecting his family to watch a movie where half the movie is him having sex?!He most probably didn’t do it out of respect for his wife and family. Back when he did the shot with Mert and Marcus he was single I guess.
USA’s double standard in a nutshell.Only in Hollywood is male nudity taboo, in foreign cinema, mainly British and French independent films, as well as Argentine films, there is no problem with nudity, actors are more open with the idea of doing nude scenes.
