I hardly an expert, but what you're describing sounds like image licensing, which I understand something about. But selling your pix on some skeezy internet site, then bitching about the way they're being used is...how you say...disingenuous?

Apparently this guy had tons of nude pics on that website. He would then also constantly contact "Jason" offering further pics of birthday occasions etc all pics that would look like his real life events. Hence "Jasons" gallery.

This guy was also selling dirty underwear, socks & even had fisting videos apparently! Nice.

But he sold them to him. Crucial point I would think. Morally at the very least.

I did ask Jason if he was from West Hollywood, and he said he was from LA. And I was talking to him about his upcoming holiday with Matt to Hawaii.

I saw pictures of "his" magnificent house, but he was never in the photo in that expensive kitchen?????

Have we all been conned? To little old me in australia this seemed like a fantasy lifestyle, maybe it was NOTHING BUT FANTASY.

And the buy-in was fierce and thick around here, where he manipulated his way around the former moderating team and far-too many gullible fools, building up a cult of doltish, shrill "friends" more intent on deciding who was a "bully" and who was worth the effort of acknowledgment.

Ultimately, his presence here became one of the major factors in my decision to step back over six months ago.

Exactly, you sell the right or license to use the photograph, but retain the copyright and can restrict how the image is used.

I have no idea what the terms of the alleged agreement was, but the owner of the images could have a valid case if they were to be only used for some specific purpose. :shrug:

I could easily have made an account and started writing little snippy t hing to Jason last summer but like i said before, what was the use? I didn't have any proof then that he was a fraud. now i do.

And if you still don't buy this whole thing and think it's fishy, well nothing i can do about that. But ask yourself why he got rid of his overindulgent blog site where he begged nite after nite for people to comment on "his" pics. And as far as the the REAL guy...he made a profile yesterday and has talked with the moderators. He doesn't know his way around and is on here just to make sure Jason really gets rid of his profile as promised. once that's done, B will be gone too.

So anyone can type up JASONDAWGXXX or his other various aol personas/names and things pop up. This popped up and so did his blog. Don't believe me? Google JasonDawgXXX under advanced search. Simple as that. If you've been hurt and played by jason the way so many have, then you'd understand.

There were NOT many pics - maybe 20 at most.
Other pics were of house interiors.

As I stated twice, it's been established that his photos were fake. I'm sure that's why he took down his blog.

Before the "real" Jason leaves, maybe he can prove himself? It takes 2 minutes and the photo doesn't have to be nude.

Its true. Im emailing with "jason" now. They are not his pictures. He obtained them as described above. Its a sad story & Im asking people to hold back with the insults.

The jason emailing me is in tears & devastated. He never meant to hurt anyone & just got caught up in a fantasy world online.

If this is true--and it's dubious--then maybe you should keep this private. You've proven that his gallery is fake. What more do you want? You've presented yourself like a scorned person who is out for blood. If you "fell hard" for him and he dumped you, isn't that a personal issue and not a public one?

Listen, I can only speak of this from my own perspective. Which is via "Jason". Im putting his point across here. I dont owe him it but it feels right at this time. I dont think its even hit me yet how I really feel about his lies to me. But tbh I never totally believed his lifestyle tales. But I was never gonna marry him so it didnt matter hugely if he embellished somewhat.

I think he was foolish to take it all to such crazy heights. I think he was genius for keeping it up for so long. I think he was an idiot for making himself such a target for so many. But right now Im clinging to the consistent grain of truth that I can STILL see in his emails. He's like a child. Simple as.
