Privileged white gays don’t have a free pass just because they’re gay. Racism, sexism, ageism, transphobia, etc. are all too common in the gay community. It’s a shame, because we’re the same community that is also preaching about equality.
Stereotypes are just a way to other a minority, to produce a typecast image of the other, to suppress them. Look up Orientalism.
Even if they are true in some cases, it’s still offensive to assume that just because he is an Asian man, he might be average/below average in that department.
Unless someone has dealt with discrimination first hand, I don’t think its their place to say what’s racist and what isn’t.

I deal w/ racism everyday. Sooo. and if I wanna assume his dick is small I can assume that. Stop making a big deal out of every little thing. Half the stereotypes are just culture. Chicken, White rice, Watermelon. It's dumb to sit there and call every thing racist.

If you deal with racism everyday, you should at least have a little empathy and understand that people would get offended by the perpetuation of stereotypes, even if you aren’t.
You can “assume his dick is small”, but where does this assumption come from? Unless you’ve seen the dick of every Asian man, you’ve learned this from stereotypes you’ve encountered.
We have this idea drilled in our heads that the bigger our penises are, the more masculine or powerful we are. It’s a part of toxic masculinity. Men who don’t necessarily have a big one are made to feel ashamed, self-conscious, and that they won’t be able to satisfy their partner.
This means that Asian men that aren’t well endowed have to deal with this, in addition to the stereotypes that plague us.
Stereotypes can be harmful. There’s a difference between acknowledging food that a culture consumes, and making offensive and unwarranted comments on someone’s body.
