I hate all of my jeans. I have about twenty pairs but they're all either ridiculously baggy / loose fitting or too tight.

Do I need to get tailored or something? Its really annoying. I think I'm something like a 31" waist. I know 30" I can't fasten the button on and 32" I need a belt for.

I want to buy some nice jeans but I also want them to fit and not have to wear a belt all the time.

Can anyone relate or give advice?

You can get custom made jeans to the specs you want. I have a pair of custom made jeans. Just get on line and google it. I have a 30 to 31 inch waste also.

    Aren't they more expensive though?

Anyway I've just ordered some 31x32 jeans off ebay. Sadly most places in the UK seem to make jeans in 2" increments eg 30", 32" etc.

Custom made jeans sound good though, have to check them out.

true, they are a little more in price. The only thing bad about buying ebay is getting stuck with a pair of jeans that still don't fit.

I buy all my jeans used at thrift stores...they are much more comfortable after they have been worn for a while.

A few years ago Levi's had these very advanced looking scanners at some of their stores. They would take your measurements and then ship you a custom-made pair of jeans in about two weeks. It was pretty awesome. I don't remember the exact price but I think it was around $129 a pair, which at this point is midrange for jeans. Brooks Brothers was doing the same thing for suits at their Madison Avenue store in New York.
