Jeans Waist Size and Waist line

So I upgraded to buying size 36 x 34 jeans since my college days are over when I used to wear 32 x 34 and 34 x 34 fit but i like to have room. 34 x 34 are just a perfect fit and 36 x 34 are loose. Im not fat just got thick legs and a bubble. Yet my underwear I still wear usuaully Medium (32-34) or depending on some companies a L. I bought Sean John Active shorts in Large and thye were huge so exchanged them for a Medium. Do you guys who have a 32 wasit line wear 34 in jeans or it matches?

I have fairly thick legs and ample padding 'out back' as well, but anymore it really depends on the clothing line and the cut as sizes can vary widely. In general I wear a 32 or 33 in jeans and a 33 or 34 in dress slacks. When I hit a 34 in jeans I know it's time to push my fat ass back from the table and slim down. :biggrin1:

I wear a 30x32, but that is a bit loose. I have a 28x32 pair that I wear occasionally when I think someone will appreciate me in them.

I too have thicker legs and a bubble.

Im the same size since high school also, somewhere around 32 x 32. Depending how fitted or baggy I want to go, 30 x 32 is as low as I go, and 34 x 32 my jeans fall off as I walk.

I have thinner legs and a bubble ... 30 x 32 in low-rise only. Normal rise doesn't fit me well.

28x32 here - though sometimes i can get into a 26x32. These can be very annoying to find and I end up buying the same pair year after year - have been the same size since I was about 15!! Wish I could get into a 30 but unless I want them down by my ankles then I dont really stand a chance!!!

When I was a young man I was a 30x34 waist in slacks , today I wear a 40/42 x 34 as for underwear sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer for example a fruit of the loom 40/42 feels small and tight where as the same size in Calvin Klein full rise briefs feels like Im wearing a 2XXL so you really have to find what works for you
