I wish Jeapordy had a who's hung category. No joke there. As for the poster concerned about Vanna White after WOF would be off the air, the woman is a self-made millionaire. Hell, she even wrote a book back in 1987 for God's sakes. Vanna has no worries even if the show is still on or off the air. She'll retire a richer woman after the show. Her kids don't have to work either. Mommy gets millions every year...working or not working. Trust me, Vanna is secured for life. Same for Pat, too.

So I guess what you are saying is they both can afford to buy their fair share of vowels for the rest of their lives. Good for them!

Jeopardy! is awesome. I was on it and that day was one of the best of my life! I even won a game, but then lost the very next; met some friends for life and had a great time down in LA. The show will NEVER get old. Alex, on the other hand, is getting kind of old--he's definitely become a bit more dickish these past few years.

True, these two are the longest runnest game shows ever on ABC, but if there is one show you would think overstayed its welcome and should quit while it was ahead, what would it be?
They each have a purpose and audience. Wheel is great if I want mindless entertaiment and some contestants are nice eye candy:smile:.

Jeapordy seems easier this season and Alex Trebek is still annoying.

Isn't it contradictory to ask how a popular show has overstayed its welcome?

Like others have said, I will watch both but for different reasons. I guess Alex's condescension and Pat's weird hair (is it Trump or Monkey?) must partly add up, somehow, to these programs keeping/adding fans quicker than they lose them.

Pat's hair reminds me of a dead rodent...it just sat there and said, "Help! Get me out of here...I am stuck to an egotistical and homophobic host that wants to be the next Donald Trump." Just kidding, folks.

I like both shows and think if you don't like them don't watch them. I like Lets Make a Deal and Price is Right with Drew, He usually has a nice goy or two every day

I just saw yesterday when I was sick with daytime TV on that Wayne Brady is now hosting a version of "Let's Make A Deal." Didn't get to watch it but I was surprised to see it back.
