This guy isn't at all famous, he went out with a former Big Brother (UK) contestant, anyone east of the Atlantic will know Jade Goody. Her ex, Jeff Brazier has been on a few reality shows and always shows a nice bulge. These pics appeared in a magazine a while back, showing Jeff taking out the garbage in his tighty-whities.

Jade Goody was a notorious imbecile, most recently, infamously involved in a racist controversy. Anyone who dates her must be a spanner short of the toolbox, but that isn't to say that Jeff doesn't get full marks for youth and beauty and providing bulge pics a-plenty.
