I have been jelqing for about a month, saw some minimal gains and decided to increase the reps and intensity. To my dismay i probably did it too hard, and now my penis seems to be very small when limp, like I overdid it and strained it or something. Not to mention it's been a week and 3 days and I have seen little improvement. My morning erections are non existent, and when i do get an erection it is very weak, not full and goes away quickly. Also I was doing erect squeezes and this might also be a reason I have lost some erectile power. I have been using my fingers at the base of my penis as sort of a cock ring and holding it for quite some time, as my erections would get really big when I did this. Unfortunately I think it makes it harder to get spontaneous erections and erections without the use of your hand when you do this too much.

I thought resting and giving my dick time would help it recover, but I'm starting to think I need to jump start the healing process somehow. Does anyone have any tips on healing a dick from too much jelqing and squeezing, and maybe exhausting you prostate from doing what I've done?
I've heard vitamin b's are good for nerve health, and obviously there's herbs and things like l-arginine for better circulation, but any suggestions other than resting or seeing a doctor would be greatly appreciated.

How big of a jump in reps/intensity did you use? I'll assume it was quite a jump if you managed to injure yourself in the manner you described.

Erect squeezes are risky and I generally don't recommend them.

My recommendations- work to increase blood flow. You can start with hot baths (no more than a few degrees above body temp.) along with some massage. Light kegels and very light masturbation would also help, but your mindset during this process is very important. If you worry about your erections, it's likely that just the act of worrying alone could cause you to go flaccid. It might also be a good idea to try an herbal erector or even Viagra (upon your doc's approval) just to jump start the process.

I feel like I've inured myself doing about the same thing you did. I left my dick alone for awhile and took things like, horny goat weed, l- arginine, maca and pycnogenol to increase blood flow and i eventually regained strong erections again. just remember that the body heals itself, so try not to worry about it too much.

I have been doing semi erect to fully erect squeezing for months and months and months with no injury. I usually only squeeze or hold for 25-30 seconds max. How long are you squeezing for?

I increased from about 6 sets of ten spread out throughout the day, to 10 sets of ten in two sittings. I know it was too much. As for the squeezing I wasnt really timing it, I just threw it in while I was masturbating, kegeling, and squeezing. I did all of this because I was trying to force my penis to get as big as it could get, and do hold a huge erection for over 30 minutes. Honestly I was able to do this a few time and my erections were bigger than normal and my penis head seemed huge. My penis was really big flacid after words too.

Then I did it for the 4th time ive ever done it one day, and after I ejaculated my dick got small. Foolishly, hoping to regain the size I had been seeing lately, i waited 10 minutes, and tried to masturbate again hoping for more success. I ended up jerking off a limp dick until it got hard for about ten seconds and I came fast. the erection went away quickly and I still havent gotten a spontaneous erection since. it's almost been 2 weeks now.

Any tips?

I've never jerked off while limp until ejaculating, but i bet it isnt good to do. I don't really understand how you can jack off limp? Are thing still bad?

Maybe Al has some advice

You are doing way too much too soon.
Get some rest. Take two weeks off. Decrease the amount you masturbate for the time being. Continue with your stamina work. And dont over do that either.

Unfortunately, this is an example of way too much, too soon- and why you should have some kind of planning and structure to your routine.

First, try to focus on recuperative methods- hot wraps, light massage, and very light stimulation to improve blood flow. Your mindset during this recovery period is very important too. It's quite possible to "think" yourself into having ED, so try to put it out of your mind- especially during your therapeutic activities.

More exercises do not mean faster and bigger gains. It does not work like that. You can do more harm to your penis that way. It is better to follow a good professional routine. You will find a lot that are commercially marketed and those that have been around for several years.

For you to recover from your mistake, try some hot towel wraps on your penis. Soak a towel in hot water, squeeze it and then wrap it around your penis for about 10 minutes. After this, slightly massage your penis (no jelqing). This will encourage better blood flow.

And if you are going to get started on jelqing again, follow a good program and never overdo exercises.

Well my penis got better a few weeks after I stopped jelqing, but I didn't feel I fully healed until the past few days where I started taking high doses of IBprofin for a shoulder injury. I know it's an anti-inflamatory but I had no idea it would help with the blood flow in my dick so well.

Why do you think this is? I almost want to start taking it everyday but I know it's not good to.

It appears that you're recovering from overwork. Continue on your course of recuperation as it seems to be helping; and above all, wait until you're 100% before attempting any form of "enlargement" work.
