I have been jelqing for about a month, saw some minimal gains and decided to increase the reps and intensity. To my dismay i probably did it too hard, and now my penis seems to be very small when limp, like I overdid it and strained it or something. Not to mention it's been a week and 3 days and I have seen little improvement. My morning erections are non existent, and when i do get an erection it is very weak, not full and goes away quickly. Also I was doing erect squeezes and this might also be a reason I have lost some erectile power. I have been using my fingers at the base of my penis as sort of a cock ring and holding it for quite some time, as my erections would get really big when I did this. Unfortunately I think it makes it harder to get spontaneous erections and erections without the use of your hand when you do this too much.
I thought resting and giving my dick time would help it recover, but I'm starting to think I need to jump start the healing process somehow. Does anyone have any tips on healing a dick from too much jelqing and squeezing, and maybe exhausting you prostate from doing what I've done?
I've heard vitamin b's are good for nerve health, and obviously there's herbs and things like l-arginine for better circulation, but any suggestions other than resting or seeing a doctor would be greatly appreciated.
