    Im just getting into my jelq routine. But after i jelq (dry jelq by the way) my penis does feel worked and stretched but it also seem to hang about the same or maybe just a bit shorter than normal for a while. Am i doing this wrong? Or is this just how it goes?

    My routine is just a small beginners one: warm up in shower, stretches, and maybe 40-50 jelqs

    how long have you been jelqing? It will take you a month or so b/4 you start seeing any difference in your flacid size.

    oh lol.....its going to be awhile. Another suggestion I would make (if you don't already do this) is get a good 30 minute cardiovascular work out a few times a week while you are jelqing. It increases the blood flow, so the stretching in combination with the increased blood flow will really make that cock get fuller. Btw....you have a great looking cock....why are you trying to make it bigger than what it is?

    well im 6.5x4.5 id like to get a bit more girth. but i figured it would take a while lol.

    hey man....just going out and walking for a few miles a day is great. When I was jelqing, and taking better care of myself, I'd walk around 4 miles a day 5 days a week along with some moderate jelqing at night. Doing anything that keeps your heart rate up and the blood flowing for around 30 mins 3-4x a week is great not only for your cock health, but the rest of your body. Also, if you smoke, stop, if you drink a lot of alcohol cut back. You'll begin to see the change sooner than later

    also, just noticed your other thread....if you are only 18, most likely, you've still got some time to grow. When I was 18 I think I was only around 5.5 or 6 inches. At age 23, I reached 7 inches long. Now, at almost 26, I'm around 7.25 inches long (probably a bit longer than that, but I havent been exercising the way I was at the begining of the year, and have put back on some weight, but since its starting to cool down, I'm going to start back walking like I was).

    The hardest part of jelqing is sticking with it when you don't see any visible changes for such a long time. It gets easier once you see verifiable results. The hardest part really is the beginning and it's when the vast majority of guys who start jelqing drop out.

    I have been jelquing for almost 1.5 months, a newbie routine like you.
    I learnt that jelquing every day works for some but most people recommend taking rest days 2-3 times per week - I jelq every other day.
    I jelq before manual stretching and find that my penis is too fatigued to get a decent erection straight after PE but after a few hours rest, I get rock solid ones.
    I hope to grow an extra 1/4" girth in 3 months which is an OK gaining rate, some people grow much faster or slower. My shaft feels slightly thicker but progress seems slow compared to my length gains.

    Cardio is great but you should also do specific exercises for penile strength and stamina.

    Your dick is slightly shorter after your jelq workout b/c it is turtling to protect itself. It pulls some of the visible penis back inside the body and after some rest which allows it to heal, it will hang slightly longer than it did before. Dedication is what you need if you want to gain. If you don't have dedication and a bit of faith then you probably aren't going to stick with it long enough to gain. Like jason_els said, you have to give it time, I saw gains within 3 months. Don't worry too much if you measure and your not bigger than what you started with. Gains take time, it's different for each guy. Hope this helps.

    What usually shows gains first after repeated sessions? Length or girth? I don't think any person would object to having an extra inch down there even if you're already a decent size, but I never really considered doing anything like this at all. Would be more worried about causing permanent damage, although it does sound as if jelqing seems to be the least harmful of all the techniques.

    Done correctly, your grwoth should be even. Just start with a moderate amount of tension and work up slowly from there. The men that injure themselves are the ones that do too much, too soon- usually because of impatience.

    ya i noticed that to, i used to jelg before i went to sleep and i would notice that it would get smaller, but i always woke up and it looked like it got bigger overnight kinda... so ya thts normal. my take on it is that it fills and expands the blood vessels so they can take in more blood, then when you feel like it was worked all the blood goes out and your blood vessels got smaller, but thurr just strethcin buddy

    I'm on my second week and haven't been sore or haven't noticed much difference in blood flow size once done exercises...wonder what im doing wrong.

    It takes like a lot of time more than 1 month to maybe see some gaining. 2 weeks is too short....keep up!

    Are you doing the exercises with a good level of intensity? Are you doing your stamina exercises as well?
