Hey guys, I've been toying with jelqing for a couple of months now, but only started being consistent with it recently. I've been doing 100 reps in the shower every time I shower (so, once a day for the most part). As far as I can tell my technique is fine: firm "ring" grip around the base, jelq up to the head, switch hands so that I have a constant flow going on. I usually get about 70% erect around #50 or 60. I am able to finish 100 reps in a few minutes.

I haven't seen any noticable gains. Granted, I've only been working consistently for about 3 weeks. Actually, I have noticed some improvement in my erection strength, but not in size. How does my technique sound?

How long did it take you to see noticeable gains?

Maybe you should try JP's 90 day routine. Can't hurt.

I imagine PE, just like going to the gym. If you're only doing bicep curls, then you're not going to get the body you're looking for. Probably need to do a full work out.

Just google it. You should find it somewhere.

Do you warmup first before you jelq and do you warm down after you jelq?
It take times to see the real gains

hey mate ! very nice pics in your profile ;-) do you do the jp's 90?? I read about it on pegym where I am a member too... only exercise I didnt still get is tre circular stretching while doing kegels...

I warmed up/down my first few times, but now I don't. I know everyone says its neccisary, but I haven't had any injuries/discomfort yet.

After looking at your pictures, it is my personal opinion that you need to work on social skills with the opposite sex, not physical size. It's plenty big enough to satisy most women AND if you find a woman who thinks you're inadequate, it's her loss. Just move on. She isn't worth wasting another second of your time. Of course, I'm assuming you like women as I do.

For me, there is no joy like watching a woman writhe in joy from taking care of her needs until she screams "Enough" while gasping for air!

Just my 2¢
