Is there such as thing as a Jelqing "clinic" where professional doctors instruct/ explain (no homo) how to do the exercises correctly and professional (female) nurses help you perform it?

No there isn't but you can find plenty of info on the internet about the process.... for free.

There's a site called Mens Forum. They have instructional videos on the whole jelqing procedure. There's no cost, at least when I went there years ago.

It's non-sexual and all educational. Take it slow...it takes a long time to see any progress. Good luck !
