Hey guys! i have just started on jelqing and i have a few concerns about it. when i woke up this morning, i felt a weird feeling down my crotch area. i looked at it closely and the sensation came from the inside of the tip of my penis head. i found that there is like a small wound on one of the lips and i dont know if this is because of jelqing. can someone help me? p.s. its not really painful but i just a small stinging feeling.

An open wound? Does it bleed?
Sometimes you get an itchy feeling, but its not painful. It not supposed to be painful at all.

Make sure you are warming up properly and also cooling down, which mean you apply heat afterward too. Are you doing that too?

And how many jelqs are you doing?
How much time do you spend per session?
How long have you been doing it?
    Are cut or uncut? (circumcision)
What kind of lube are you using? It could be an alergic reaction to something.

You need to give us more info and be very honest.

Hey wish! It not really an open wound it looks like a cut but doesnt feel like one. its sorta like a tingling feeling. And it doesnt bleed.
And yes I've been warming up and cooling down as proposed on the website The where, the when, the why, and the how-to's for your sex life! .
I have been doing 100 jelq per session and i have been into for 4 days now but i took a break yesterday after having that weird experience. I don't really know how long i take for a session. i just try to finish my 100 jelqs
I am cut and i am using Durex play massage 2in1 intimate lubricant and massage gel. hope that is enough information :D thanks

OK, well it sound like you are doing too much. When I started, I only did 50 jelqs. I have always taken a slower approach. And I even put a rest day in between each session.

It sound like you are over doing it.

The other thing is not to force yourself either. If you feel pain, then do not finish the set. The learing curve in PE is unique to the individual. You have to figure out what works for you. This is both frustrating and fun.

I would follow the recommended beginner's routine at the top of this forum. Try that for 3 months. And keep us posted.

I would do less, but first do nothing until you're healed.
