jelquing?

i know this has been asked before. but i would like to know more about jelquing,am i even spelling it right? do it really work? any how to vid's out there. after i learn everything i can about this subject i will start doing it and document the whole thing on here. thanks to all my freinds at LPSG FOR YOUR HELP
