however, from my experience, just LESS touch on your glan (the head, the very sensitive part), i mean when jelqin, just working out from base to the neck of your monster. i had it during the fisrt few month, and when i talked to one of my friends at the gym who practise this, he told me that, so i tried it, it's helpful. however, it's kinda practise and see how you feel and how it grows (not hard, but hung then harder!!)...
how are others' comments? please correct if i'm wrong.
don't forget kegel session, as it helps a lot on your hardness, endurance (not too ez to premature ejac), and cum amount.
