I lift hard 3 days/week and do about 45 mins of cardio 3 days/week. I eat 6 meals/day with a minimum of 200 grams of protein/day. I do 300 situps 6 days/week.
I'm just trying to get back to the 'ripped' state I used to be in (reference the avatar) I've lost 20 lbs of fat and gained 10lbs of muscle....I'll be there before summer...fuckin' undergraduate degree. goddammit!
