I lift hard 3 days/week and do about 45 mins of cardio 3 days/week. I eat 6 meals/day with a minimum of 200 grams of protein/day. I do 300 situps 6 days/week.

I'm just trying to get back to the 'ripped' state I used to be in (reference the avatar) I've lost 20 lbs of fat and gained 10lbs of muscle....I'll be there before summer...fuckin' undergraduate degree. goddammit!

I've gotten into lifting pretty seriously over the past year. I'm in the gym every day except the weekends, but that's because my med school's gym is closed on weekends during the summer.

I love it.

When can I make an appointment for a "full physical"? HOT!

i lift now, started gaining. cant wait to get bigger. Im on some supplements now. im 6'0 and 165. my over all goal is 200.. but first goal is 170. any suggestions?
