Re: circumcision--it depends where you are born, whether your mother has private insurance or Medicaid, and whether your mother decides to have you circumcised or not. Most men in the US are still circumcised. Nearly all men in Latin American countries from Mexico to Colombia to Cuba to Argentina are not. Some states consider circumcision an elective surgery. Some insurance policies won't pay for it. So if you are Colombian and born in a town in NJ, you'll probably be circumcised unless your mom objects. If you are Dominican and born in a city hospital in New York City, your peepee will remain intact (no circumcision) unless your mother decides to pay extra for it.
