That would be 1971's Sticky Fingers.

"Warhol took the cover shot; though many assumed the model was Jagger, it has often been rumored to be a hanger-on at the Factory, Warhol's studio, named Joe Dallesandro."

Proof of nothing there, of course.

The quote is taken from: http://www.superseventies.com/ac2stickyfingers.html

Edit:
Found this in the Wikipedia article on Dallesandro:

"A Warhol photograph of the blatantly bulging, well-endowed crotch of Dallesandro's tight blue jeans graces the famous cover of the Rolling Stones album Sticky Fingers. The image attracted controversy due to its emphasis on the outline of Dallesandro's possibly erect penis and the real zipper Warhol designed for the fly of his jeans. Dallesandro explained to biographer Michael Ferguson, 'It was just out of a collection of junk photos that Andy pulled from. He didn't pull it out for the design or anything, it was just the first one he got that he felt was the right shape to fit what he wanted to use for the fly. It had nothing to do with anything else. There was no photograph session set up where they were taking shots of crotch areas.'"

(The full Wikipedia article is at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Dallesandro. It mentions that Dallesandro played Lucky Luciano in Francis Coppola's Cotton Club, which I had forgotten, if I ever knew.)

Somewhere above I lamented the seeming absence of Warhol's Blow Job from any cyberspace repository.
Well, I found it ... a kind of clownish version reduced from 41 minutes to 15 seconds.
But beggars, as they say ...
So here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rjQWWiAMu6c
(You'll know what I mean when I say the film makes a better case for him being jerked than blown.)

It's unfortunate that D'Allesandro is now a grossly overweight heroin addict living in a slimy apartment in West Hollywood. You would laugh if someone told you he used to be a sex symbol.

I have never understood beautiful men like him who just let themselves fall apart like that...

Has Warhol's Blow Job (1963) ever appeared on the web?
I've often read about it, never seen it.
One review suggested it was tedious, which I don't doubt ... I mean, a 41-minute reaction shot is long, no matter what the situation.
But still, I'm curious about it.

I have it, it's not 41 mins by any stretch and it's very unsexy, dull and all you see is the guys face. NOTHING else.

He was an extra on a T.V. show just a few years back! Never made it back after the pilot and few shows. They could bring him back(after a heroin diet plan) and put him on UGLY BETTY or something! That show is very forgiving.

Sad really. I think he was ahead of his time. If he were to come out now, he would have his own reality TV show and fragrance for sale at Macy's. Of course he would still be screwed up and out of control, sadly, that is how we like our celebrity trash. No wonder people are amazed when some actors/actresses seem to rise above it all and actually work their craft.

Joe has been an obsession of mine since I was 10. I've been lucky to have met him several times and he's always been gracious and kind. He's never refused to give an autograph, even when I've asked him to sign 10 or 15 things! He even commented once "Wow! You've got more Joe stuff than I do!" He's a good guy.
