A genuinely sad day. I'm not a boxing fan at all, but it just feels like history and humanity lost a legend and a giant.

Sad day. He was heavyweight champion when it meant something. He fought very honorably and treated his opponents honorably.
Even Muhammad Ali, who had called him an Uncle Tom and a gorilla, had good words for Joe today: "The world has lost a great champion. I will always remember Joe with respect and admiration."
I don't have much taste for boxing any more, but Philadelphia should do something in Joe Frazier's memory.

Smokin Joe Frazier. He was my favorite boxer. He had class. He will be missed.
