They will probably film sometime this fall, or at least before the end of the year and we'll see Season 2 come out sometime early next year. I doubt that it will be before then if the script is still being worked on now. They may also film both seasons back to back so that they can get Season 3 out there sooner rather than later.

External scene filming in Paris most likely will start late Sept after high tourist season until mid-Oct when the trees start turning color in Fall which won't be ideal for the "summer school trip" plotline.
Filming both seasons back to back would be ideal from a time management, budget, cast scheduling perspective, BUT it's also a very tall order to expect Alice to have written all those 16 episode scripts > even assuming they'll cover the existing two remaining volumes and not the final volume which Alice still needs to write!

I imagine season 2 being Paris, Menorca and some side plots for the cast, season 3 being This Winter plus some of the volume 4. Leaving the volume 5 and Nick and Charlie for the fourth and last season
