What do you use , Im currently using bing ai image generator and Ive even copied your description and it still gets blocked

With bing image generator, it takes a while to get pictures, cause bing sometimes block your prompt. But it works. This is the promt:

A 4k photo of fictional John (actor) cenA lookalike standing inside a detailed, renovating home. He’s a construction worker, wearing a tool belt. Try using Microsoft Designer instead of Bing. They're both powered by the the same engine (DALL-E) so the results look the same but Designer is a lot less restrictive

Its because bing is more restricted, when people got more NSFW images, they started to blocked prompts. So bing is no fun anymore.
Right now I'm using microsoft designer, but i cant make a lot of images like i used to.
