Why would he be uncut ?

Unless parents were immigrants, the odds are very low that he would have been left uncut for more than 24 horus after birth.
Does he have any sons ? If so, the big question is whether he would have had his son(s) snipped at birth or not ?
At this point in time, there are a lot of famour circumcised parents who are having kids and have to decide whether to snip or not to snip since it is no longer an automatic no-brainer issue.
