Although briefly, John's bulge is noticeable in the B movie/cult classic "Satan's Cheerleaders." Roughly midway through the film, he's coming out of a house with a woman and as they're walking down the steps and onto the lawn, you get to see his bulge ~ 3x during his gait. Probably the only time it's apparent in that movie.
