Definitely not worth the sub. At least at this point. His subscription rate is very high and on top of that he wants to charge for any content longer than a few seconds. Either charge a high membership and include good quality videos or do a cheap monthly sub rate and charge extra for videos, you can't do both. Here's a video that caught my eye...
