it's a meme. it's a parody of manosphere-adjacent influencers who say "the lion doesn't concern himself with the opinions of sheep" as some kind of alpha male thing so the meme parodies that by being like "the lion is feeling kinda vulnerable today and needs to shit" etc. it's big on tiktok.
