I don't know why they do this, I followed a Brazilian model that also blocked me!
I didn't comment on his photos either, just followed him and saw his stories. I think he blocked me from my profile picture, which is just my body in a swim suit, without showing my face!
My profile was made just to follow the guys or other people I like, and I don't let anyone follow me, maybe that made him believe that I was a fake!
In your case, I don't know what it might be, but suddenly he thought that my profile was fake, or he accidentally blocked you by hitting the lock button, we have no way of knowing!
