So I've been doing the JP90 routine for about three months or so now (except a week to week and a half during the holidays). I had been doing it from June-beginning of August but fell off.
5 minute warm up
5 or so minutes stretching (30 sec stretch in all directions x 1, then double stretch for 30 seconds (x5))
80 jelqs per set (x3)
50 wet jelqs
30 v-jelqs
Lately I've been adding a few squeezes into the routine, either 3 or 4 after all my jelqs or 1 in between sets.
From my notes, May 27th I measured in at 6 1/8 EL and 4 1/4 EG and as of yesterday I'm at 6 5/8 EL and 4 3/8 EG. Not a big difference. Could've just been a bad erection back in May or a really good one yesterday but it's a positive look to it and I'll keep giving it a go.
